DELIVERY POLICY
Local Shipping
  • Free delivery/shipping within Pakistan for all online orders.
  • Estimated delivery time will be within 7 working days subject to completion of all authorizations.
International Shipping
  • International shipping charges are based on destination, size and weight of your order. Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable in each destination country will be borne by the customer.
  • International shipping usually arrives within 10 – 15 business days from the shipped date.

NOTE: Delivery time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, custom delays and the transit time from DHL.
Due to COVID-19 lockdown delivery timelines have been adversely affected because of logistic issues.

Address Modifications
  • Address modifications are not permissible once the order has been placed. Kindly ensure that the correct information is provided before confirming the purchase.

 

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Returns’ for any of our products.

CANCELLATION POLICY
  • We do not accept any cancellations once the order is processed.
